Return & Refund Policy

At Fleet Foot, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Used or damaged products (unless received defective)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at fleetfoot5911@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Once approved, you may be required to ship the product back to us or we may arrange a pickup (depending on your location).

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • If approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

  • You will be required to provide your bank details or UPI ID.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size-related issues only, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must also be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear images/videos as proof.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
